has finalized an agreement with Nora Barnard to become Premier's
exclusive distributor in the United Kingdom. Nora, a stalwart of the
beauty and nail industry and founder of the successful Dream Nails
franchise in South Africa has been involved in the permanent makeup
industry for over 10 years and is one of the first International USA
Master Certified Permanent Makeup Technicians and Instructors certified
through the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics.

industry. She is renowned for her expertise as a technician and a
trainer and travels regularly from her home in South Africa to teach in
