Premier Pigments Gets a Face-Lift and Pledges Improved Customer Support

Premier Pigments announced the completion of an extensive reorganization and renovation of their combined campus and executive offices in North Texas. Expansion plans for their Customer Service and Technicial Support Divisions are underway.

Arlington, TX -- July 20, 2006 --
Sandi Hammons, president and CEO of Premier Pigments announced the company’s mission to improve service and customer relations: “We have reorganized our call center and shipping departments, expanded our operating hours and increased our inventory levels to enhance customer service.”

The company recently completed renovations to their training facility and also unveiled plans to open the world’s first high-tech call center devoted to serving the permanent cosmetics industry and its technicians. “We’ve completely revamped and expanded our corporate training program and doubled the staff in the Customer Service and Technical Support Divisions. We are adding the latest in call center telephone technology to ensure that technicians in the field who need support, product information or supplies are able to get the help they need when they need it. We have made a commitment that every agent answering calls in our new state-of-the-art call center is an AIIC Certified Intradermal Cosmetics Technician who is fully-trained and active in the field.
