Request for FDA Approval Spurs Renewed Demand for Premier Pigments

Arlington, TX -- September 16, 2006 --
“The demand for Premier’s Concentrated Originals has soared!” announced Twyla Millican, director of marketing for Premier Pigments. The company’s phone lines have been flooded with calls following the unprecedented announcement that Premier is seeking FDA approval for permanent cosmetics and tattoo inks. Technicians are eager to try the pigments that are driving the petition seeking endorsement from the US Food and Drug Administration.

Millican outlined the other reasons for the mounting demand for Premier’s popular pigment line. “The colors hold their vib-rancy. They are true to color implanted. They flow consistently and they implant quickly. Technicians love these colors! But those are just a few of the reasons driving the demand,” added Millican. Premier’s original pigments have now passed more tests for safety than any other pigments in the world (see pages page 3 and 4). And more importantly they have passed the test of time. They’re known for predictability, stability, longevity and ease of implanting.

“Technicians love them because these are the colors they can count on,” asserted Millican. “And too, those technicians who switched to other products following Premier’s recall of True Colors are returning in volumes. Every day we get calls from technicians excited to be back and they seem to echo the same sentiment: “I tried other products and I got inconsistent results, washed-out eyes and lips, and pink and peach eyebrows.”

Premier’s lip colors have long maintained a dominant reputation in both the cosmetic tattoo and tattoo industries as the most brilliant long-lasting permanent colors available. “Premier’s Vibrant Lips are very popular because they implant quickly and they heal opaque.” asserted J’Anna McMellon, AIIC Certified Instructor and head of Premier’s technical support division. “But it’s Premier’s Concentrated Original eyebrow colors that are also driving the market. Technicians want brown eyebrow colors that stay true for years. They want colors they don’t have to touch up repeatedly. They want permanent colors that really are permanent.”

Premier’s Concentrated Originals come in a wide spectrum of beautiful colors; matching pencils are available through Paris Prescriptives for the most popular colors. Angie Quinn, Paris Prescriptives Distrib-utor, explained, “Paris’s Aloe Based Long-last Cosmetic Pencils are a great way for introducing clients to permanent cosmetics and they help technicians and their clients with color selection.”

Premier will feature their popular pigment exchange at this year’s International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo (IICE 2006), October 7–9. Millican outlined the details of the exchange:

“Trade in colors you don’t want. Premier will apply a $15.00 credit for every bottle of unwanted pigment toward the purchase of Premier Concentrated Originals! The money you save will pay for your ticket to the convention! Additionally, you will own the world’s finest permanent cosmetics and those first to petition for FDA approval.”
