Powerful Topical Anesthetics debut at IICE 2006

Arlington, TX -- September 26, 2006 --
Just in time for this year’s International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo (IICE 2006), Premier Pigments has announced two new topical anesthetics and a reformulation of one of their existing products. All three are designed for pain management during aesthetic, piercing, laser applications, and permanent makeup procedures. For the first time ever, Premier will exchange weak or unwanted anesthetics for their new powerful formulas that will provide relief to you and your clients.

“Topical Anesthetics just keep getting better!” exclaimed Jennifer Grissom, assistant director of the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics. Grissom and her staff tested over thirty topical anesthetics from sixteen manufacturers on hundreds of clients and TLC and Incredible I-Cream were the clear winners providing powerful pain relief to all those tested. “When a client feels pain, permanent makeup is no fun for the client or for the technician,” said Grissom.

I-Cream (Incredible Cream) --
I-Cream is a safe and effective analgesic specifically formulated for use around the eyes before the skin is broken. Incredible cream tested stronger and longer lasting than competitive products; compare Incredible Cream (I-Cream) to Numbquick and Topicaine. It comes in a ½ oz bottle and has a manufacturer’s suggested list price of $39.

TLC (Tetracaine and Lidocaine for Cosmetic Tattooing) --
TLC is dermatologist tested and found to be effective for painful invasive applications such as superficial skin surgery, laser procedures and needle-stick applications. It is the most powerful anesthetic you can purchase without a prescription. With a pH of 7 it is safe for all procedures. However, technicians love TLC especially for lip procedures and other hypersensitive areas. Compare TLC (4% Lidocaine, 2%Tetracaine) to DOTC Blue (3% Lidocaine, 2%Tetracaine), and Prepcaine (2% Lidocaine, 1.5%Tetracaine). The retail price for TLC is $49.

Duracaine --
Duracaine has been reformulated and is powerfully effective for maintaining optimum anesthetic benefits throughout permanent makeup and tattoo applications. It is Premier’s anesthetic specifically designed for use on all invasive procedures after the skin is broken. Apply after the skin has been broken, wait 4-5 minutes, reapply occasionally throughout the procedure to achieve maximum analgesic effectiveness.
