DOTC Blue is a PRIMARY anesthetic for use BEFORE the skin is broken. DOTC Blue is not for use in the eye area. Apply to desired area for 20-40 minutes, depending upon skin thickness. Keep out of eye and rinse eye thoroughly if any direct contact occurs. No occlusive dressings near eyes. For thick skin or electrolysis, apply for 50-60 minutes. You can use occlusive dressing such as Saran Wrap on areas away from eyes. It is safe and effective. Ingredients: Tetracaine 20 mg. Lidocaine 30 mg.
